The system uses the Mitsubishi Q series process controller (Q12PHCPU) in the cement system with production capacity of 1300 to 1500 tons / day to meet the requirements of users for a large number of analog and PID processing. Since 2000 put into operation since the stable operation so far.

The system is divided into a central control room and two separate local stations.
Each sub-station with Ethernet module (QJ71E71-100), the host computer using MOVICON configuration software, through the Ethernet to collect information.
The local station uses a process control system to replace the original small DCS system, with PLC’s low cost and high reliability characteristics.
PID loop using FBD programming, the system sequence program by the ladder diagram to complete.
The LCS01 station is the raw mill mill.
Process control includes: slurry filtration and transportation, waste gas treatment, firing kiln tail, firing kiln.
The system has a total of more than 400 input and output points, analog nearly 200 points, nearly 50 PID loop.
The LCS02 station is fired into the electrical room.
Process control includes: firing kiln and clinker storage, pulverized coal equipment and coal feeding system.
The system has a total of more than 400 points of input and output, nearly 100 points analog, about 35 PID loop.
