The source of air supply should be sufficient to avoid causing the speed to flicker.

2, operation check and adjustment

Check that the direction of rotation is correct and check for incorrect installation between the driven body and the shaft.

The control and stability of the air motor speed can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure regulating valve in the triple piece, and the back end will not be generated at the exhaust end.

The motor does not allow continuous rotation or high-speed rotation under no-load conditions for a long time. When continuous no-load idling, the air motor will accelerate the loss and reduce the service life or over-speed damage.

When the load is working (normal use), slowly rotate the pressure regulator or the needle valve speed control valve to increase the air pressure to reach the required number of rotations. If the air motor is damaged if the long-term forced use exceeds the maximum pressure, do not overpressure. .
