Pneumatic complete sets of valves are field instruments and should be regularly maintained and maintained. It is clean and tidy all year round, with good lubrication and complete accessories. It is the guarantee for the normal operation of pneumatic valve products.
For routine maintenance of pneumatic actuators, the air source should be kept dry and clean. The air filter used in accordance with the actuator should be drained and drained regularly to avoid entering the solenoid valve and actuator and affecting normal operation. The actuator is clean and free of dust and dirt; the actuator should not be contaminated by water vapor, water or oil. The seal of the pneumatic actuator should be good, and the sealing surfaces and points should be complete and firm and not damaged. The cylinder inlet and outlet gas joints are not allowed to be damaged; all parts of the cylinder and air piping system should be carefully inspected to keep the air source pressure normal. The pipe is not allowed to have a recess, and it should be kept open, and there must be no leakage that affects the performance. Regardless of the solenoid valve, the air source treatment triplex, the air source pipeline connection of the positioner should be intact and there must be no leakage. The power signal or regulation current signal of the electrical part shall be free of phase loss, short circuit and open circuit fault. The connection of the protective cover of the outer casing shall be tight and tight to prevent the ingress of water, moisture and dust, and ensure the normal operation of the solenoid valve or positioner. The signal echo should be in good condition to ensure the signal transmission of the valve switch position. The manual operation mechanism should be well lubricated and flexible to open and close.
The external surface of the valve on the pneumatic actuator should be kept clean, often removing dirt such as dust, oil and media residue. The active part of the valve must be kept clean to avoid wear and corrosion. In operation, the valve should be intact, no leakage, and flexible to open and open. All kinds of valve parts should be complete and intact. The bolts on the flange and the bracket are indispensable, the thread should be intact, and no looseness is allowed. If looseness is found, it should be tightened in time to avoid the position of opening or closing caused by the worn connection being incorrect and causing leakage. The true material gland is not allowed to be skewed, avoiding the friction of the stem portion and causing the actuator to be inoperable or not working properly.
Therefore, it is very important to maintain and maintain the pneumatic valve, in order to achieve the normal working state of the entire pneumatic instrument control system. Under normal working conditions, the monthly inspection should be no less than once, and it should be inspected once a year.
