Since the lens is easily affected by organic dust, etc., the lens is free from contamination, and light is scattered or blocked. Therefore, an appropriate protective device must be applied when there are many environments such as live steam, dust, or the like. Under the influence of strong ambient light, it is hardly affected by general illumination light. However, when strong light such as sunlight strikes the light receiver directly, it may cause malfunction or damage.

2. Groove-type optocoupler (photoelectric switch) slit width, such as the detection of a tooth plate, the tooth width of the tooth plate is d, the tooth width of the tooth plate is f, slot type optoelectronic switch is the slot-type optocoupler light Slit width requirements less than d, and less than f, so as to ensure that the infrared light can effectively block and conduction, under the above conditions, select the optical slot wide slot optocoupler.
3. Groove-type optocoupler (optoelectronic light) shape: with a fixed hole and a fixed hole, please select according to the actual situation.
4. Installation position: When the photoelectric sensor is installed, the outer diameter of the detection tooth plate should exceed 1-2mm of the slot-type optocoupler optical axis. This can effectively block the light.
